• Audio/video data during SOS streaming (encrypted, auto-deleted after 72 hours)

• Provide real-time safety alerts and SOS services
• Enable live location sharing with trusted contacts
• Monitor trips and detect emergencies automatically
• Generate safety reports for law enforcement when requested
• Improve our services through anonymized analytics

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption for sensitive data, secure Firebase infrastructure, and regular security audits. Location data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with:

• Your designated emergency contacts during SOS events
• Law enforcement agencies during verified emergencies
• Command Control Hub operators for incident response

5. Data Retention

SOS recordings are auto-deleted after 72 hours unless flagged for investigation. Location history is retained for 30 days. Account data is retained until account deletion is requested.
