How do I activate SOS in an emergency?
Press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds, or shake your phone rapidly 5 times. You can also use the power button triple-press shortcut. The app will immediately alert your emergency contacts and share your live location.
Is my location data shared with anyone?
Your location is only shared during active SOS events with your designated emergency contacts. During normal use, location data is processed locally and not stored on our servers unless you explicitly enable live sharing.
How do I add emergency contacts?
Go to Settings → Emergency Contacts → Add Contact. You can add up to 5 emergency contacts who will be notified during SOS events with your live location, audio recordings, and situation details.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
Yes! The free tier includes basic SOS alerts, emergency contacts, and community safety reports. Premium features like live location sharing, ride monitoring, family circles, and evidence locker require a Pro, Family, or Enterprise subscription.
How does accident detection work?
The app uses your phone's accelerometer and gyroscope to detect sudden impacts consistent with vehicle accidents. If detected, it triggers a 30-second countdown before automatically alerting your emergency contacts. You can cancel if it's a false alarm.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage. You can cancel at any time. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
