By accessing or using SudarshanShield ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SudarshanShield is a women's safety platform providing SOS alerts, live location sharing, trip monitoring, emergency contact management, community safety reporting, and related safety services through mobile applications and web dashboards.
SudarshanShield is a supplementary safety tool and should NOT be considered a replacement for official emergency services (police, ambulance, fire). In life-threatening situations, always call your local emergency number first. We are not liable for any delays, failures, or inaccuracies in alert delivery.
The Service relies on GPS and network-based location services. Location accuracy may vary based on device, environment, and network conditions. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of location data.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to subscribers.
All content, features, and functionality of SudarshanShield are owned by Trinetra Shakti Innovations and are protected by intellectual property laws.
SudarshanShield and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
